Conference was “The Greatest”. I tracted in the morning in Schaerbeek with a greenie from Namur, McCie or something like that from Idaho.  He was a big one—used to race 650 cc Triumphs and played football for Ricks. We had interviews. They were good. President Brown helped me. Built me up. We had a really fine study class with Elder Reynolds on the 1st discussion.

We got the word to find a two-man apartment so….I’ve got T&T — not tracting and teaching but ‘Trunky for a Transfer”.  I wonder where I’ll go next.  Alsace for winter, no doubt.

I’m ticked bad. LuAnn’s given me the old kiss off without even taking the time to write and tell me.  Ah Bon!  That’s life. This is the first D-Day since I’ve been in Waterloo that I’ve not been in Bruxelles. Well, that old city did a good job of corrupting me. Movies and Minis. We hit the Lion and took some pictures. Also out to Ohain and took a shot of an old windmill. Real excitement. We did work 3 hours this morning on our D-Day that IS exciting because we were doing the Lord’s work. That’s all.
