We X-ed off the Poulin Family with a heavy heart. The Dad was really acting up. Raymond wouldn’t look us in the eye. He was denying what he knows to be true. Then we went to take a 1st lesson, fished right out by the way (slang for ‘it’s no good’). Susi was sent the X letter. We just don’t see things the same way. Too bad.
I didn’t get any mail this week. Not one letter. LuAnn hasn’t written for three weeks. I’m thinking of Xing her too. I really don’t care now. My companion Greenie, is sure a hard one to get along with. It’s just that he doesn’t know how to act and what is expected and the usual thing to do. And then again, he is hard-headed and likes to do everything his way. I’ll try harder to have good feelings between us. We taught our Sister Dupré a 4th lesson finally. She has been really sick. She lost a baby and has had after-effects for the last month. She was apparently supposed to come to Sunday School for a benediction but she didn’t how. The baptism date is the 13th of December and I sure hope she comes through!!!! Julie responded to my letter on information on registering in the U of Washington. And it was in the return mail. She also counseled me to stay
