6 hours of music, oranges, et crises…that was the Belgian answer to Woodstock. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. At least 50,000—although I really have no way of estimating the crowd that was there. Jammed into the mainstreams of Binche, Belgique. Most of the mission was there except for the mission home and the Alsace Lorrain Zones. We went up to Mons about 7:00am Tuesday morning. Slept in to 6:20 and almost missed the train. About got blasted out by fire crackers in Mons apartment. Headed to Binche with members and missionaries around 10:00 after chowing down on Wooley’s “french toast”. We had prepared sandwiches but decided to leave them and I’m glad we did.
