No, we didn’t steal the Belge flags tonight but made off with a number of communist posters still wet with Glue—about froze my hand off carrying them home, trying not get my coat glue covered. Thomas (investigator) is nose diving on us. I’ve been laying around here and we’ve got most of the city tracted—poor, real poor. Parents on Monday—Johnson and Hale. Susi Twice. Luanne. Gail twice. All three! I got letters from all three in one day. Helps the old morale. Susi makes the big scene at Kennewick. Wow! What a Trunker of a letter.
