Most of the week has been sent kissing off! and in contacting people through the folk dancers of BYU. Tuesday night at Grand Place, Bruxelles - 5000 or more people—Massant, Doux and Hurds were there. Great concert. 2000 Wednesday nite at the chapel. Liège elders there. I didn’t obtain any cards from the folk dancers so for me they were a failure-personal. The Waterloo Warriors are no more (broke up the missionaries)!! Received the sad news from Sister West Tuesday at the Grand Place that Sister Oemkhé went home to Metz—family problems—I was really sad to hear it. Now I know why West was crying Sunday. Wednesday received confirmation on Norby’s move to Lille. A pit apartment. What really surprised me was that they took Bowman out of Waterloo and are having the ZAPS in town. I can’t believe it as permanent. There’s just not enough in Waterloo for two teams. Barely enough for one and if Curtis and Booth try to take over the ZAPs area, they’re going to have very strong legs and strong lungs because they’ve got all of Southern Bruxelles. And the bite in time and money in taking the train to Bruxelles—Wow!!!! “Le Elders” sang in La Louvière and stayed over night two nights here in our apartment. Looks like a hurricane hit it. Thursday we went down to Nivelles for their concert It was a real tremendous success. 60-90 people and a good concert considering the town was practically deserted. To top it all off Chase got his
