Dear Diary—
Well, this weekend both teams are going to baptize! Turrins overcome the Word of Wisdom problem. Had a few whimpers against tithing but it’ll go. Went up to Dunkerque for member conference. $12.00. Fabulous conference. Talked to President Brown about Sister Gusman’s problems and the Branch problems. They had a carnival, rather started Mardi Gras about 45 minutes before the last conference session was out. Slept overnight with some members.. Real fine conference. I thought I was a little sick—it snowed several times this weekend. Susi and I are on the rocks but there are other fish on the line. I put on the ring she made for me tonight—for the first time in about 3 months. Don’t have much to say so that’s all for tonight.
